🔄 Updates Policy

All bug fixes and security updates are free on every plan. Major new feature releases are included free for Advanced and Pro plans. Basic and Business users may be charged a one-time upgrade fee for major feature additions.

💳 Refund Policy

All plan purchases are final and non-refundable due to the digital nature of the software. If you face a genuine technical issue we cannot resolve, we will extend your validity or migrate you to an equivalent plan.

⬆️ Upgrades & Downgrades

You can upgrade your plan any time — only the difference is charged on a pro-rated basis. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current validity period.

🧾 Taxes & Invoices

Prices shown are exclusive of GST where applicable. A proper GST tax invoice is issued for every payment. Pay via UPI, card, net-banking, or wallet at checkout.
